I have found things as substitutions for meal replacement however, it blows all of my sugar for the day. Anyone have any suggestions? I am losing about 3-4lbs per day since I started this regiment. Should I just leave it the way it is till I stop losing weight or change it?

    Do you mean you are using meal emplacement shakes or powders?

    Why can't you eat regular nutritious meals?

    Eat proper food at a level that is sustainable instead of the crash diet you seem to have embarked on?

    Those like shakes have you losing weight much too rapidly to be safe or sustainable. Try food?

    Your losing 3-4 pounds a day? EAT FOOD O_O Thats almost double a normal safe weekly loss... Unless you brand new and it water weight? Either way, Start off right do your research.
