I recently decided to start losing weight again and I feel bloated whenever I get done exercising.. How do I get rid of the bloat without taking toxic pills?

Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of high-water, high-fiber micronutrient rich fruits and vegetables.
Avoid alcohol, tobacco, and drugs.9 -
Drink some water and wait. Your body "detoxes" automatically; that's what your liver, kidney, sweat glands, bladder, and bowels are for.17

Is no one going to suggest sugar free haribo?17

What is bloat, what exercise are you doing to make you bloat, and how does it feel? How do you know that you've got rid of it, and if it comes from exercising, won't it come back every time you exercise? What toxic pills? Help me out here!3

You bloat from exercise? What type of exercise? Are you lifting weights and talking about feeling pumped up?0

Is your abdomen bloating after exercise? What exactly do you mean by bloating after exercise?0
-
Can't wait to see the marketing for "toxic pills" - bet they are going to fly off the shelves.....2

Maybe...

I'm another who can't relate to bloating after exercise, it just doesn't happen to me. But if I try to increase raw foods or beans or cruciferous veggies (even cooked ones) I get gassy. Is that what you mean by bloated?0

I bought some nuun tablets w/ electrolytes that I desolve in water and drink after I exercise. My tummy doesn't puff up, but I get sausage fingers and my feet get puffy. Seems to help a bit. Probably no different than drinking the low sugar Gatorades.0

Sausage fingers! I thought that was just me! I get the sausage fingers after even a long walk -- I thought I was some kind of freak and/or alien.3

Nope, not an alien. I get that too after exercise. Apparently it's a pretty common response to exercise. The increased demand for blood causes vessels to expand to increase blood flow or something along those lines.1 -
I get sausage fingers and a runny nose every time I'm out on a hike.5

oh wow my right nostril runs like crazy when i walk. Only ever the right one. Glad im not alone i wonder why noses get runny not even stuffy or anything when im home relaxing.0 -
+1 for sausage fingers, especially in the heat. I find it helps to hold my hands above elbow height when I walk (though that can look weird)
I get a runny nose when I run, so I try to take an antihistamine about half an hour before.0 -
For the OP - bloating after exercise isn't caused by "toxins" and doesn't need detoxing. You retain fluid after exercising for a number of reasons. Muscles retain fluid for healing, for instance. The best way to deal with it is drink lots of water and let it go away by itself.7

My sausage-fingered people, I love you all.14

Do you use hiking poles? For me, that solves the problem (for the sausage fingers, not the runny nose).0 -

I have them but I use them only on steep, slippery terrain and my nose still runs. Your nose does not? That's weird, i wonder why?0 -

It's called exercise induced rhinitis, and it's a thing:

Bloating is the swelling of the abdomen. Every time I get done doing a cardio type exercise my stomach swells up.
Toxic pills as in things like Garcinia Cambogia, anything that has fillers, dyes, and all crap..0 -
Just got done walking in 40° weather and my left nostril is leaking like a busted faucet but OP I second (or fourth or fifth) the drinking plenty of water tip.0

If I work out thoroughly my muscles relax a lot after a workout, and my tummy sticks out more, unless I specifically target the core muscles or do complex lifts. It's gone again without a few hours. No problem.0

None of those pills do anything anyway, so donte take them for any reason.
I've never heard of that problem, though, so I leave it to the experts.1 -

Garcinia isn't toxic, just ineffective
I avoid crap fillers and dyes by buying from brands that do not use them. I stopped getting supplements at supermarkets ages ago and first shopped at Whole Foods and now iherb.com or Emerson Ecologics.
Mainstream companies are also getting on the bandwagon - dye-free Benedryl is available, and Walgreens and other stores carry store-brand Ibuprofen that is dye-free.
How much water/fluid do you drink per day?1 -
Wow! The "sausage fingers"-- also thought it was just me! I get them just going for a brisk walk!1

This article from Men's Fitness seems to address the abdominal bloating issue pretty well.

Bottom line is that it's pretty normal, it's related to your body's stress response - continue to drink plenty of water, and it should mostly resolve on its own in a couple of weeks.1
