Hi guys,
I was wondering if someone could please explain to me about cutting, bulking, carb cycling? I feel like there is so much I should be knowing and am not aware. Also the Macros. My goal is to slim down abit more and tone up. Specifically slimmer toned arms, thighs, calves, waist and I want to grow muscle in my butt and have a defined stomach. I have been about 5 months at my gym and I feel like I should be noticing a big difference like my twin sis.

Some information about me: I am 25 and from Australia, I have arthiritis, weight: 53kg, height: 156cm short.
