What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

To get to an "overweight" BMI and hit under 200 (hopefully by January) I'm at 206.6 right now.
And to get to 25% lost which is maybe another 3 lbs. Gonna be tough work over the holidays...10 -
My current mini goal is to get into the 170s. My weight has fluctuated greatly over the past few years, but I haven't been in the 170s since I was probably 19. I think getting there will feel like a huge breakthrough and give me the momentum to power through to my ultimate goal!12

Accidentally purchased a mini goal today... Christmas dress!! Looks good on but I'm bulging out at the back a little. Give it another 7lbs or so...10

My mini goal is to get to 199. (a number I haven't seen in 6 years) I only have 18lbs to go.
And my reward to myself is a new tattoo!11 -

To finish week one of c25k (I'm on day 2) and to reach 249 (I'm at 254, started at 292).11

I just restarted after like a year being away. My minigoal may sound silly, but I'd like to be able to go to the doctor and have them look at my chart without commenting NEGATIVELY on my weight, and instead be surprised that the number went down. Due to some pre-MFP dieting my actual weight is like 8 pounds less than what they have on their chart, but I feel that if it was significantly different I wouldn't avoid the doctor like the plague. I want them to know I am at least working on it without the 'SURE you are" look. You know that feeling when your doctor is petite and model beautiful and you're the one that feels like a sad sack. That was me. I just had a hysterectomy in September and was super uncomfortable at being in the hospital gown being so lumpy.11

I am 1 pound past my mini goal of 275, which was 55 pounds lost. My next two mini goals are;
272.5 pounds, which is 1.5 pounds away and will be 25% lost
270 pounds, which is 4 pounds away and will be 60 pounds lost.13 -

My very first mini goal is truly mini - lose 5 pounds. But now I'm down 4 pounds with one to go! I love mini goals. Much better than saying 36 pounds left.11

***NEW MINI GOAL***
Lose a min of 10lbs, get out of the "overweight" catagory before my trip to Cuba Jan 4th.
I'll weigh in today, but estimating I'm 161/162 (started at 171) so 10 more lbs in about 5.5 weeks!8 -
My mini goal is to weigh less on New Years Day than I weigh today. Even if it is a half pound, it means I did not gain over the holidays. This will be the first time ever for me to lose between Thanksgiving and the new year.16

I have several.
- to get under 200 lbs. 203.2 lbs as of this morning so a little over three pounds to go.
- to get under 190 lbs. I haven't been under 190 in years.
- to lose weight this week despite Thanksgiving.10 -
I've got some alternating goals, since I started at 235 lb
1. Cross the tens threshold... 230, 220, 210, 200, etc
2. Have to recalculate my calorie deficit goal... 225, 215, 205, etc (MFP recommends every 10 lbs recalc)
3. achieve 1/4 weight loss... 215, 195, 175, 155
4. move through the various BMI categories to "healthy". From Obese class II to class I (230 done!) to Overweight (197) to Normal (164).
Today I hit my second "recalculate deficit" and 1st quarter - 20lb lost so next mini goal is to hit the next 10's threshold at
210. I also just added some exercise to the mini goal list, a modest 3x/wk 20 min ea.
I also have been tracking some daily nutrition goals...
1. first get my macros in order 35/30/35 carb/fat/protein - some days better than others here
2. as little sodium as possible, realized it is very hard to have a low sodium intake with my habits, means I get to learn all about this topic lol
As I drop more I will add more exercise achievement and micro nutrient mini goals. Slowly learning how to be healthy.8 -
To gain 10lbs. of lean mass by next summer.7

Exactly! I just lost 25lbs, and took a selfies. I was amazed at how effortless it was to look sexier. I haven't eaten out at any restaurants or had any fast food in three weeks. I've kept my calories in check, and that helped the most with doing T25. My goal is to lose what looks bad from the side.8 -

I am pissed a little. I have been walking and eating within my allowance (not clean though) and I have gained half the lost weight back. It happens with me every time. I am all motivated and do things right and then fall off the wagon and gain it all back. So my mini goal now is to be a clean eater for rest of the year. And log every last morsel that I put in my mouth. And clearly, is walking is not enough for me. So I am going to the gym.
Sorry for the rant. But i am upset..4 -
My first mini goal is to try and get to 65kg - in 2 kg and then stop there and maintain while doing Strong Lift.
So those are my next two mini goals.3 -

mine was to get to 60 lbs down and yay today I hit it it was a long time coming for this mini goal. 61.8 pounds down today.

I have a gift that the girlfriend wont let me have till I hit 95kg and at 90kg she has promised to buy me a lego helicarrier. It may seem odd and childish but I love it! haha
Oh and I also have a shirt in the wardrobe i've never been able to fit in and i'm so close to it fitting I find myself literally the most motivated i've ever been through all this weight loss!!!11 -
I always get stuck around 150-155. I want to break 150!!! And not put it back on.9
