I read this exercise tip in an online article & it has worked for me. In a nutshell, instead of starting slow & ending at a high level, try the following:
- Start at a slow level
- Halfway through workout, ramp up to your highest level
- End at medium level
...this will get your heart rate up faster & you won't be tired to end the workout prematurely.
