yeah it isn't going to happen based on the previous two weeks. I'll take getting and staying below my previous low weight 194.8. only 2-3 lbs but it's only coming off in teeny tiny snippets (like less than half a pound a week), I'll take what I can get. If I can bust through this plateau I feel I can keep going3

Down 8lbs. Right where I need to be. It'll be a rough week. Between too cold to get outside for a walk and Thanksgiving, I need all the willpower to stay on track I can muster.

Looks like I won't hit my goal but at least it's not going up. Would like to release 5lbs a month for 6 months. So if I can get to 172 by Dec 1, that would be awesome.
Cooking most meals and getting some exercise, though not enough.

Pick yourself up.. Dust yourself down and think about what's gone wrong and simply start again tomorrow...

can't seem to find my earlier post with my start weight and goal, but this morning I was 196.0. I need a smidgen over 1 pound to get below my readjusted goal of 194.8 by the end of the month, in a week o r so.2

At least you went down right? Progress is progress no matter how small?4 -
So I have come to terms with the fact I did not make weight like I hoped. Only lost 2lbs in total since I fell off the wagon and couldnt catch up. That being said I am going to enjoy to and tomorrow. Come Saturday think I will start in on Decembers goal and try this again. Whos with me?!2

One more week. Unless a miracle happens, it doesn't look like I'm going to have lost 10 pounds this month. But I have still lost a bunch, and that's good enough for me.

Doubt I'm going to lose 2 pounds in the next 2 days but I'm happy with 8 pounds, especially since last week the scale went in the wrong direction for the first time. Also I'm officially only overweight now! Bye bye obesity.

Starting weight was 152.4, currently 145. I will take almost 7.5 pound loss! Didn't make the 10 pound loss I wanted, but that's ok, it's still progress!!!!:)2

I've lost the same two pounds repeatedly this month ( or rather last month). clearly need to actually measure and log because I have no idea how much I'm really eating.0
