Calories burned cleaning carpet?

Anyone know how many calories you burn cleaning the carpet?
I spent 3 hours yesterday and 2 hours today pushing and pulling around a heavy duty rented carpet cleaner and it was definitely exhausting lol.
I don't normally count cleaning but that's not something I normally do, its a lot nore than normal cleaning and it definitely wasn't easy.

100 calories extra an hour? 300 calories?

There's a "cleaning, heavy, vigorous effort" option. Sounds like what you're describing.

I wouldn't count it at all personally, but you will have earned yourself extra calories which is a plus.

Assume it was part of your daily activity and move on. Enjoy the thought that you have just burned extra calories.

I wasn't necessarily going to add it to my log...just more out of curiosity

in that case, around 200-250 calories per hour (fairly low estimation) height and weight alter the burn.

Every day activity, I wouldn't even put it in there.

What you're describing isn't your normal activity for you. People who do this every day wind up laying themselves as "active" or"very active" and get a significantly higher calorie allotment to begin.

As had been suggested, use one of the "cleaning" entries.
