Good result this week after 11.75 hours cycling which has really helped the weigh fall off. Equal lowest weight as exactly 90 days ago before the summer holidays and weight gain kicked in.

14lbs goal, 7 lost, 7 to go.1 -
Up one pound from last week so:
Goal 14lb, lost 5 lbs, 9 lbs to go.
I know I'm not going to make it! I usually lose at about 1/2 to 1 lb a week, but thought it might be fun to join in and it's still weight lost even for those of us who don't get there!1 -
Lost another 3.5lb this week - back on track after last week's 0.5lb loss.

Update! Another 1 lb. lost this week and I'll take it! SW 152 (August), CW 133, GW 122. On this challenge, I'm 3 lbs. down so far. I'm running/walking everyday and hanging in there with 1100-1200 cals per day. I will be running (and walking!) 5 miles on Thanksgiving morning, and hopefully that means Thanksgiving won't be a total struggle! Congrats to everyone on their weight loss -- are you all worried about Thanksgiving too??2

2.5lb off in another challenge of a week - thought I was adding on, with lower activity and intake closer to my calorie goal than the week before. Happy days!
