Does this have to be a normal meal or can it be a sheer gluttonous vomitorium type meal?? I think I'd go w/ a perfect medium-rare steak with Rancher's steak rub, a lobster tail with melted butter oozing everywhere, a Texas Roadhouse salad, a baked potato with fresh crumbled bacon, sour cream and shredded cheddar with half of a Wells Brother's Sausage pizza for desert... Just off the top of my head...

Texas Roadhouse has the best salad right? We can't seem to make them that good at home.

Mine would be a buffet of all you can eat:

    -pizza with bacon
    -Hawaiian pizza
    -lasagna
    -lots of bread
    -lots of different noodles
    -lots of cheese
    -lots of seafood
    -lots of alcohol
    - Dessert: chocolate only dessert and not the cheap ones

and then I better not survive that night, because i'll be in pain too full and lactose intolerant! :)

My Grandma's homemade Mexican meal. Family tradition and a favorite of mine. It's something I eat about once a month or maybe every 2 anyhow. It's by far my favorite meal in the whole world, mostly because it's about family and friends and my heritage too.

Dessert, probably cheesecake of some kind, it's my absolute favorite.

    Hmmm, what a good question!

I'll start with a margarita, salted on the rim, in a huge bowl of a glass! On the rocks, not blended.
Tortillas and Guacamole for an appetizer (well one of them ;))
    Some steamed mussls!
A lobster tail with real butter!
A costa vida pulled pork salad with all the fixins!
    St Hubert's chicken pot pie
    A poutine
A piece of cheesecake factory cheesecake.
and A piece of Macaroni Grill's chocolate cake.

    I can't just choose one thing! ;)

A big fat juicy cheeseburger, perfect skinny onion rings with ranch, Medium steak, broccoli, garlic cheese bread, and for desert would be carrot cake from J. Alexander..and perhaps some orzo and wild rice while I am there. And, maybe margaritas to drink..or water. Yes, I am really a water drinker...all the time.

This would be like an all day affair, no way in hell could I eat this much in one meal, lol

I swear I wouldn't trade my goat's cheese salad for anything else... so I'd have the goat's cheese salad (with extra cheese since its the last day on earth).

What exactly is your Goat's Cheese Salad?

    Best Easy App Ever:

6-8 oz of Goat cheese in a dish
    Olive Tapenade poured on top

Heat until bubbly and serve w/ crackers or toasted pita bread. Sheer and absolute heaven.
