Need to motivation and advice time get in the 1,000 club. I'm at 870 right now.

What programme are you running currently? 130lbs over 3 lifts is a challenge but with consistency with diet and training you'll get there!!0

Work the sh1t out of the program your running.
Fuel, rest, & repeat.

I'm at 895 myself, and almost half of that is my deadlift. All we can do is keep on hammering them lifts.1

This I WANT when I get my back well again I'm gonna do some 1rm work to see just where I am. I totaled 820 the last time I lifted heavy but that was years ago. I am running stronglifts and my 5x5 work has me at 700 and climbing. Or at least it did before I hurt my back.1
