1,000 pound club

Need to motivation and advice time get in the 1,000 club. I'm at 870 right now.

    What programme are you running currently? 130lbs over 3 lifts is a challenge but with consistency with diet and training you'll get there!!

    I'm at 895 myself, and almost half of that is my deadlift. All we can do is keep on hammering them lifts.

    This I WANT when I get my back well again I'm gonna do some 1rm work to see just where I am. I totaled 820 the last time I lifted heavy but that was years ago. I am running stronglifts and my 5x5 work has me at 700 and climbing. Or at least it did before I hurt my back.
