Today I felt like a normal eater, like I'm finally getting a grip on my food issues. I'm sure I'll have bad days again in the future, and I'm sure I'm a long way from actually normal... but it was really nice to have a solid, stable day.24

sitting in a seat in the arena to watch a hockey game and being well within my own seat!! I had a few inches of space on each side. last time I went I was so uncomfortable both physically and mentally about taking up more than my space. this time I was comfortable an's able to enjoy the game!

The other night, me and the feller were watching a movie in bed, and I snuggled up on his shoulder. He put his arm around me and was rubbing me at my waist/hip. He said, "yeah, you HAVE lost weight, you have less real estate here!"18

Wearing a size S fitbit strap, even though it is at its largest. When I started I wore and L strap! (I should probably be wearing an M starp, but don't have one so, yeah...)

My running belt was falling off my waist today as I was heading for my walk/run. I will need to adjust the strap! I definitely feel my stomach has gone in slightly. Just ever so slightly17

Walking out the door today in my new size 8 jeans! I've tried them on a lot the last couple of months but they were always too snug for me to be comfortable going out in. They feel good now...even a little room in the waist! I have not worn a size 8 in about 6 years.19

Today I didnt bring a belt to work because I was going to wear the tightest khakis I own, which in the very recent past could barely button...
when I realized they wouldn't stay up without a belt... I had to use a shoestring* to tie the belt loops behind my back, and hide it by wearing a coat all day!
*of all the things in my office, this seemed the most MacGyver-able36 -
When I started riding my bike to work last spring it took me 22 minutes. Today it took me 15!27

I put on a shirt that fit great last winter. I didn't notice until I got to work, but it now falls off my shoulders and my sleeves look like wings. Think I need new winter clothes.17

Hit 2 non-scale goals this week! I finally weigh less than my skinny 6'4" husband (I'm 5'6"), and I finally found boots that my calves will fit into! Most wide-calf boots still won't fit, but I'm super happy with these. Woohoo!19

When I visited family last weekend they actually cried out when I took off my coat saying how skinny I was! My sister, who isn't big in the slightest, was whinging she was now the fat one!
My stepdads mum also didn't recognise me. That was a new one.15 -
I'm recently back on my plan. I struggle with self control and emotional eating. Today I turned down a free lunch from my boss from Chick-fil-A (my fav) and rather than grabbing a snack at the gas station, my usual, I talked myself down. I am 180 calories below my calorie goal today and I feel so proud of myself.39

I had no clean gym towels today. Usually this would mean I would take a pass on going to the gym. Instead I grabbed another towel and headed to the gym (NSV #1!). When I was changing to go shower I realized a grabbed a regular towel - not a bath sheet. THE REGULAR TOWEL FIT ALL THE WAY AROUND ME I am so excited! I have been waiting for this moment for 3 months!32

This morning, I tried regular push ups. I could do 4 sets of 5 push ups. They are not 100% perfect, but there is some progress. I could barely do one a month ago.13
