I thought it might be fun and inspiring to share a photo, short description and total calories of either breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I just made a delicious rocket salad with cherry tomatoes, baby beets, alfalfa, coriander, avocado and cottage cheese with a side of crumbed baked fish. Teehee

I had 200g tofu cooked with soy sauce, a quarter of an avocado on rye bread, and a banana

Dinner=648 calories.
Broccoli tossed in olive oil, garlic, shallot, and spices, then roasted. Served over bed of couscous and diced tomatoes with a side of leftover baked beans.2 -
Chicken Tikka Masala and a granny smith apple. And a donut. And a cookie.2

My phone camera is broken but I love these threads! I had a salad with leftover turkey, spinach, tomatoes, marinated artichokes, olives, and champagne vinaigrette; cheese wafers and Boursin on the side. It was pretty great.2

No picture for me - it would've been super boring anyways. But I had a pouch of Chicken of the Sea tuna, with mayo, on a whole wheat english muffin.
And maybe a slice of sheet cake because it was delicious .0 -
I tried one of the new Subway turkey reubens. It was surprisingly good! I had some baked Lay's on the side and was well satisfied.1
