    Amazing difference! I suspect the big change with the elliptical is because you started to exercise those muscles, so you were not only burning fat (calories stored as tissue) but also tightening flab (muscle that has lost most--if not all--tone). Whatever you're doing, though, is obviously working!

    Fantastic accomplishment!! I think it's even more illuminating to take a picture from behind because as you say - you don't recognise yourself. I think I need to get myself on the ellyptical because your difference in the last month is truly amazing!! Keep it up and thanks for being an inspiration!
