I want to lose fat of course and get toned but i dont want to get bulky . im pretty tall , 5'10 and i just want to have a thin , feminine frame. I was thinking about doing HIIT , hearing all the great reviews on it , along with my cardio but im not sure if thats a good idea because i dont want to become bulky or have man shoulders lol .i also heard that for the body type im going for which is thin or model size that i shouldnt do exercises like squats because that targets a large muscle group and can make me bulky also. someone help me out. Fitness can be quite confusing

You will onlh get bulky if u r eating enough calories for you to grow that size and it would take a long period of time and hard training1

If you did the set up, it will give you a daily target. That goal is without calories burned from exercise.0 -
People don't get "bulky" by accident. Also, that word is insulting to certain women's body types. :noway:1
