Joining today. No eating after 7:30.
I find I end up mindlessly snacking when watching TV (husband loves his chips and I end up joining him). Do I stop watching TV, find something else to do with my hands, ban chips, get rid of husband? Just kidding about the husband! Seriously, does anyone have things that work for them?

    LNS 2.
I did this before 7 30 but it was like I was trying to consume a bunch of junk before the deadline. So to be honest I didn't do it

I weighed in at 450lbs when I started my diet, and with the help of my personal trainer, and MyFitnessPal, I am down to 395, as of this morning. When I hit 399, I started parking my car away from work and walking to and fro. I am currently at 1.64 miles away. This walking has really helped me with my LNS issues, in that, by around 8:00pm, I am way to tired to get up and eat anything. Since I have started walking, it has been so much easier to follow my diet. I can't believe I didn't start doing this sooner.

    Good luck to everyone involved.

    EDIT: I forgot,
