I use the scale at my breastfeeding cafe clinic. And I don't like to weigh in weekly as I know the body can fluctuate due to different natural reasons. May miss out on the end of month weigh in as it's the gluttony festive season. If I do I will weigh in the new year.

Congratulations on your two pound loss! I'm a little worried about the "gluttony" of the season, as you say. Seems to be so much chocolate already managing to get into my home (and somehow, inexplicably, into my stomach). Also, I got into the butter cookie tin. . . I'm just trying to maintain control.5 -

Surpassed my goal to lose 5lbs in December! Going to keep pushing forward and see where the rest of this awful year takes me.8 -
I don't know what happened last week, but I didn't remain focused on my weight loss goal. Went out for lunch/dinner 4 days out of 7, and didn't make health choices. Only exercised 1 day.
And the scale showed it. Am I the only one that gained weight? *Sigh*.....

Forgot to come and update this. I started off the momt much heavier than I was expecting, so to hit my goal of 175 is asking a bit much. I weighed in this morning at 179, so it's possible...6 -
