I like plyo jumps with bands incorporated into a circuit with burpees, goblet squats and side lunges. Gets the legs activated while pumping some cardio.0

I use the videos from FitnessBlender.com there are lots of options of varying levels of difficulty. There is a search option on the webpage and they are free!2
