Trying to lose 2 lbs in a week

    Calorie deficit. But you can't spot reduce, and 2lbs a week is typically for the obese/morbidly obese. It's possible to lose two lbs a week, but more often than not, it's not sustainable. And typically weight loss slows down after initial water loss.

    Just watch the carbs. Don't rush it.

    I'm no fitness expert and can lose a few pds myself. But a few basic things that's worked for me is to def watch the carbs & sweets intake. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. I drink a lot of water and not so much soda. Try not to eat after 7pm and no late night snacks. And get lots of sleep - 7 hrs or more. Just my 2 cents. I think you really look great as you are !

    Expect to loose 1 lbs a week at first, for the first month, that way when you actually loose 3 lbs a week you wont be disappointed.
