Trying to lose 2 lbs in a week

Calorie deficit. But you can't spot reduce, and 2lbs a week is typically for the obese/morbidly obese. It's possible to lose two lbs a week, but more often than not, it's not sustainable. And typically weight loss slows down after initial water loss.3

I'm no fitness expert and can lose a few pds myself. But a few basic things that's worked for me is to def watch the carbs & sweets intake. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. I drink a lot of water and not so much soda. Try not to eat after 7pm and no late night snacks. And get lots of sleep - 7 hrs or more. Just my 2 cents. I think you really look great as you are !0

Expect to loose 1 lbs a week at first, for the first month, that way when you actually loose 3 lbs a week you wont be disappointed.0
