    Squat the bar.

Weighted squats are my nemesis so if I can get a half bodyweight squat by this time next year I will be one proud peacock.

    Cheers, h.

Do a Super Randonneur Series ... ultra long distance cycling. :)

There will be more of course ... and that isn't a 'resolution'. I don't do 'resolutions' ... I do goals.

Like Machka9 above, I'll do goals,

    Log all my food
    Exercise 5 to 6 days a week
    Get stronger
    Eliminate sugar
Ditch the scale, instead use clothes and tape to measure progress
    Drink lots of water
    Get enough sleep

I already log everyday and am watching my macros closer. Lifting weights is my exercise of choice, but I do cardio too.
This year I plan to be much better on the macros, down 30 pounds, and working on body sculpting and building muscle. I will improve my weight lifting schedule and add more cardio variety.

I'm not really doing resolutions, but what I'm calling my January Challenge, taking it month by month. Hopefully if I can meet my goals for January it will be an encouragement to continue into February and so on. So my goals are:
Stick to my calories and macro's, tracking consistently.
Stick to my weightlifting routine at least 4 days a week.
Drink at least 64 oz of water a day. I'd really like to drink much more than that but in terrible about drinking water, so just doing this will be an improvement for me.
    Get more sleep
    Limit eating out and drinking
Don't weigh until the end of the month at which time I'll be taking measurements and body fat percentage.
I just want to feel better and see any sort of progress by the end of the month.
