I'm down 23 pounds so far which may not seem like a lot compared to some of you amazing people!!! But Have another 30 ish to lose yet! Posting my pic anyway just to spread a bit of motivation

1.5 years difference, ~65 lbs (not sure of current weight because I'm on vacation and don't have my scale). I think I'm just under 200 lbs after topping out around 263.

1 year, down from 140kgs to 95kgs. Now time to start working in earnest and get stronger rather than just losing weight.87 -

8 months from 330 to 200.......130lb lost. A lot of spin classes, and treadmill cardio, 2 hours a day/7 days a week at the gym. And diet of course, but nothing crazy, I DID NOT STARVED MYSELF, as everybody think. I am weight lifting and strength training now, building muscle....and running A LOT. Myfitnesspal and Runtastic helped a lot. I love the lifestyle I'm living now.

pics aren't great as I have very few photos of my body thanks to too many selfies! first pic is aged 18 when I was approximately 13 stone (not sure as I would not weigh myself). Second is at age 19 weighing roughly 12 stone. Lastly is me at 21 weighing 9st 9 pounds. Hard to tell in these pics but I'm a UK size 18 in the first pic, 14/16 in the second and 10/12 in the last

No diets, no surgery, no trainers, no drugs, no surrender... Ever!
Just 3yrs of hard, borderline insane, effort!
2yrs to lose about 180lbs and 1yr to gain about 20lbs, mostly lean mass.
