So I've posted here before a few months back so here's a little update...
Since January of this year I have managed to lose 113.8lbs going from 300lbs to 186.2lbs, I've gone from a XXL/XXXL shirt to a Medium, I've dropped 19 inch sizes to a 37 inch waist and my blood pressure has gone from a severe red rating to a completely healthy green rating.
What a crazy year, so whether you're starting or in the middle of your journey, don't give up and hope this inspires someone to hit their goals!

Exactly! I'm not a special case, it's literally been a change of lifestyle and upping my exercise time, success comes to those who want it!7 -

You are absolutely unrecognisable from one photo to the other - a truly astonishing transformation! You'll reap other health benefits in the years to come and your Doctor should put your photo up on the wall to show that it can be done, along with a before BP and after BP. You look great.7

It's crazy! I couldn't believe it when I did my physical, just goes to show how life changing it can be, thank you for kind words.1
