Great job!! I have to realize that it won't be an overnight situation for me. I want the weight gone right now. But I want to lose approximately 90 lbs. I know it will require hard work and patience. Thanks for sharing!! :)

Nothing worth having is ever easy but you'll be so proud of yourself when you do, stick with it! Thank you!

As stated in the friend request, great job pal! How did you go about it? Aside from getting diet in check, what did your workouts and cardio look like?

I've replied to your DM but I'll post the general gist of it here incase anyone is curious.

Right now I do a minimum of 5000 steps a day as this can add an extra 200 calories + on to your daily allowance, so my lunch hour is a bit more fun.

I do 6 sessions a week, it's a mixture of HIIT Training and Weights. I do a 5 min warm up and warm down on every day followed by a 20 min HIIT workout, I then do a combination of weights targeting specific body areas on 4 of the sessions with a 1 mile swim on the other 2, so in essence I'm doing double sessions at the gym but I'm at a point where I'm fit enough to do this so just freestyle whatever you feel like.

It's also worth nothing I've been using the DDP Yoga system too for muscle injury reduction and general wellness, it's cool!

Good job man. I've lost over 100lbs 4 years ago and gained it all back and then some. This is the kind of inspiration in looking for. You look great. I'm ready for a transformation as well. Complete Lifestyle change this time.

Thank you dude! Yeah it's way too easy to slip back to old ways, so sorry to hear that but glad this had helped and you'll smash it and be back to your goal weight in no time!

    All the best buddy!

What a wonderful transformation. Hard work has paid off for you! I am starting day four of not cokes (as we say in the south) I have found I can have the same determination of just saying NO, I'm done with this crap and i'm going to get healthy. Keep us motivated.

What an inspiration! I too started my quest for improved health through diet and exercise this past January. I'll hit the one year mark on 1/9/17. I've only lost 35 lbs, but I'm much stronger and healthier than I was a year ago. My doctor is hopefully going to take me off 3 of my medications next month too! Keep on keepin' on nicklc182!

Awesome job, stick with it, it's worth it.

Chocolate is still my vice haha, but I still have it around my workouts as a treat.

That's great! Keep going with it and it'll pay off, I go really hard when I'm in the gym which isn't got everyone, but regardless of time frame it'll keep getting better for you, my blood pressure alone is proof of that.

Totally awesome job- and I'm sure it felt like a lot of work too, especially at first. I'm glad you got the motivation and persevered. You may not be here today if you hadn't started down a healthier road. Maintenance is a piece of cake now, isn't it? Don't get too sloppy, and you'll stay in line. Congrats and VERY happy 2017 to you!

That's fantastic! You look amazing, love your after photo in your gym gear. Definitely motivational!

I was on a similar path -- but my results are much much slower, less than half of yours. Just coming off a two month plateau, and hoping to finish the job in 2017.
