I was on the treadmill today for 40 mins and it says 600 cals burned when I put it in; but the treadmill said that i burned 330 cals. i changed it to be accurate. i just want to ask which info is more accurate. i eat under 1000 cals a day naturally but still

Both sound very high to me. I'd use the lower and since you're under-eating be sure to eat all those calories back too.0

Depending on how much you weigh it could be either. But generally I believe you burn about 100 calories per mile. The more you weigh the higher the burn, the less you weigh the lower the burn.0

I did almost 5km0

Again, it depends on how much you weigh. For me, 5k would be about 280 calories if I was running, less if I was walking. It also depends on whether you used the incline.0

When in doubt, go with the lower number. And even that may not be accurate.
Why are you only eating 1000? You should be eating 1200 minimum after exercise.2 -
my diet has always been mostly rice and veggies. i don't eat meat at all. i do eat other things. i don't want to make myself eat more when i am already full ^^0

Looking at your diary.....oh dear. You NEED fat and protein. NEED. It is essential. How else are fat soluble vitamins going to be absorbed? How are you going to keep your organs and connective tissues and your musculoskeletal system healthy?
Do you know the dangers of eating below the minimum recommended intake? Here's a short list:
-Hair will become brittle, dull and will start to fall out.
-You will look MUCH older, as your face will look sunken.
-Skin will become sallow/dull and dry.
-Body will not get adequate nutrients from protein, fats, carbs and vitamins/minerals
-Nails will become brittle and split.
-You will lose lots of muscle with so little calories. You will become weak. Your HEART is a muscle, by the way.
-Loose skin WILL be more of an issue with fast weight loss.
-Eventually your teeth will become brittle.
-You will lose your period.
- Your hormones will become unbalanced (not just sex hormones, ALL of them).
- Your circadian rhythm
- Your organs will suffer.. you will develop problems.
- GALLSTONES. Yeah, don't go there. Painful.
- Your bones will become brittle.
- Malnutrition can cause a distended abdomen which will give the appearance of "beer belly".
- Increased depression and anxiety. Other mental issues may pop up.
- Sexual issues.. Inability to orgasm. Dryness. Numbness.
- Increased body pains.
- General feeling of being unwell.
- You'll be a pain in the butt to others...hangry is not fun.
BUT......... you may be eating more than 1000 calories anyway, since you use cups and spoons for solid foods instead of a food scale. Start measuring your intake accurately. No more cups and spoons unless it is a liquid.
