lose 2.5 pounds to make the 180's5

I went to boxing class today and my footwork on bag drills is sloppy. I really want to focus on tight movement and quickness. Losing 5-10 pounds will help with that. I usually sit at 150-155 at 17% body fat (I'm muscular). Dropping to 145 will help clean up my movement.5

Right now I am taking it 5 pounds at a time. Current goal is 145. Once I get to 135, its all about the gains. :-)7

Less than 150 carbs a day4

yesterday I went for a run and I really experienced that "runner's high" toward the end. My goal is to really enjoy myself when i run the First Run 5K on New Year's Day. I had missed that I don't care as much about my time (also considering it will probably be freezing here in Vermont!)7

Getting abs at 154lbs and going pro 2017!
Lets go!!!2 -
I was unemployed for about 2 months during which time I "stress" ate constantly and put on about 10 pounds. Needless to say, my clothes are tight. Not interested in sizing up and/or a new wardrobe! That's my motivation!7

It's taken 10 wks to lose 5 lbs. I'm now a little less than 5 away from my goal of 125! I can barely believe it! (All these exclamation points!!!)
Almost as soon as I posted this, I bounced back up to 133ish. Argh. Today, I am 129.2.
Next mini goals:

A microMini goal in addition to my December mini goal:
For the rest of December to carry out home
Exercise routine daily.3 -
So many, lol. Right now, drop another 10-15 pounds. Working on it one day at a time. Then start working on muscle gain.3
-
- Make it through the holidays
- Lose 4 pounds by the end of January (4 because it brings me to a nice round number.)
- Hop back on the exercise train
After those 4 pounds are gone, I will be officially be 5 pounds away from my ultimate goal weight!7 -
Continue to maintain through the holidays (maybe even lose if I can). Then I'd like to be in the 180's by February - I'm sitting around 194 right now.3

I had breast reduction surgery 7 weeks ago and it was a rough recovery due to an infection. With not being able to exercise (I'm a runner and lift) I have managed to gain 5 pounds and feel like crap. It should have been more than that with the way I was chowing down. I am still 23 pounds from goal so I have a lot of work to do.
Two goals for now, get back to logging and lose that 5 pounds by by January 9th. That's two weeks from now and doable. I have been released by the doctor to get back to the gym and run also.8 -

To get rid of my boob spillage in my bras, it looks stupid. I am NOT buying bigger bras!
6-7 pounds and this problem will be gone.12 -
March 1st I decided to change my lifestyle and really lose the weight once and for all. I started out at 214 and got down to 196 before I got depressed, lost motivation, and started slipping. Then, my mother passed away.
From June until October 23rd I gained back all but 3 of those pounds I lost started at 211 this time. I am down to 200.6 now and want to get down to 196 or below by the new year. It will put me back where I was finally and feel more like a true starting point.
I was 195.6 as of 12/25. I think there will only be a small loss on 1/1 or I will just end up maintaining, but still I made my goal. I am under 196!
Next mini goal is to get out of the 190s! Hopefully by the end of January.10
