    My first challenge here :)
    I've been losing weight this December and I want to keep going in January. Today I took a cheat day because it's the last day of the year, starting fresh tomorrow!

    Starting weight - 62'7 kg.
    Current weight - 60'2 kg.
    January goal - 58 kg.

    Ultimate goal - 57 kg.

    Total loss for January - I hope over 2 kilos

    No, you don't have to do anything special! We all just report back here weekly as this month goes on with our weigh ins and try to hit our own personal goal for the month.
