    New to MyFItness Pal! New to the Challenge! Excited to get my life/body back... Recently diagnosed with a tumor near my pituitary gland and PCOS (after gaining 55 pounds in 3.5 years). My endocrinologist recommended I join MyFitness Pal and limit my carbs to 60-80 grams/day. I have always maintained a healthy diet without restrictions, so limiting one particular component will be new for me. I am also HORRIBLE at maintaining any regimen.

    I would like to join this group. I think this is doable. I need to lose at least 30lbs. Im 5'6 My starting weigh is 177
    Goal weigh is 145
    So breaking into small goals may be better
