2 weeks in

So am about 2 weeks in now and am still the same weight as I was when I started.
Am eating healthy, I think? Dairy is open please check.

I weigh things on my scales.
My calorie intake is 1630 a day
Am drinking water
Am also using a cross trainer 20 mins a day split in to 2

Help!! What am I doing wrong ?

    This is blunt: you're being impatient. Not everyone drops weight right off.

    I know that but 2 weeks without loosing a pound just drops my motivation

    chill out. measure- on a SCALE- EVERYTHING. if you work out, eat back around half (workout burns tend to be inflated).

    and again ... CHILL OUT.
