This week has been a hard one with Christmas, New Year's Eve, and oh so many treats. My logging was sloppy, my work schedule was different because of the holidays, and I was late to the gym a lot.

Hi Everyone! I'm going to try to make January the month I reach my ultimate goal... We'll see. I'm cleaning out the holiday junk from my cabinets and fridge tonight. I wish I had power over them, but unfortunately, they keep calling out to me. I don't do moderation very well, I guess. I've decided to do a new set of before and after pics to keep me going. They'll be going up on my fridge this month.
