Breakfast was just coffee and cream. A few hours later, first meal was wild caught salmon (with my bare hands) and buttered baby potaotes.

Low carbing it here. A fried jumbo egg wrapped around a Jimmy Dean hot sausage patty with a dollop of hot deli mustard. Coffee with half and half. Yummm. That was at 11am. Still not hungry....

Skipped breakfast today, so my first meal of 2017 was a somewhat traditional Japanese American New Years Day lunch: king crab legs, sushi, sashimi, chicken karaage, pickled cucumbers, carrots and daikon, mochi, and kuromame (sweet black soy beans)

Chobani yogurt and a cup of decaf. Homemade vegetable soup for lunch and home made pizza for dinner. Still under my calorie allowance for the day! But can I continue to be so good?

Cheese and salami platter with 3 different types of cream cheese along side brie and Oka, crackers and a coffee.
Then I had a coke and shoveled the driveways and walkways.

I just ate tourtiere then a tiny piece of lime cheesecake, and a tiny piece of salted caramel cheesecake.
    YEAH!

It was brunch: Fry up of scrambled eggs, home-fries, sauted zuchini with onion and tomato-garlic saute--all scooped up with whole wheat Pita. And coffee--have to have coffee! Zero regrets!

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes, and a half serving of ham and hash browns from IHOP. The pancakes were a huge surprise and definitely worth the calories. IHOP does pretty good spiced pancakes (The apple ring pancakes from autumn were also good).
