A cutie after my Jan. 1st 5K.
Black eyed peas & cornbread are done.
Just waiting on the roasted chicken, bacon, & cabbage to finish.0 -
Chobani yogurt and a cup of decaf. Homemade vegetable soup for lunch and home made pizza for dinner. Still under my calorie allowance for the day! But can I continue to be so good?0

Hubby made homemade biscuits with chicken sausage gravy! Great start to the new year!2
-
Cheese and salami platter with 3 different types of cream cheese along side brie and Oka, crackers and a coffee.
Then I had a coke and shoveled the driveways and walkways.
I just ate tourtiere then a tiny piece of lime cheesecake, and a tiny piece of salted caramel cheesecake.
YEAH!0 -
First dinner of the new year was ribeye, steamed sugar snap peas and roasted red potatoes. NOM!0

Turkey sausage, a scrambled egg and half a banana. Oh, and coffee (a must).0

Yesterday (January 1) ... I had, among many other things, a whole pizza and a piece of a triple chocolate fudge cake.2

It was brunch: Fry up of scrambled eggs, home-fries, sauted zuchini with onion and tomato-garlic saute--all scooped up with whole wheat Pita. And coffee--have to have coffee! Zero regrets!1

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes, and a half serving of ham and hash browns from IHOP. The pancakes were a huge surprise and definitely worth the calories. IHOP does pretty good spiced pancakes (The apple ring pancakes from autumn were also good).0

Chocolate chip muffin.0

About 3oz of Tennessee Fire LOL The following morning I had my usual coffee with almond milk creamer and sprouted grain toast.0
-
A giant bowl of pho because that all I ever want after a night of drinking!1

I had a chocolate croissant and yogurt for my first 2017 meal! I don't remember entirely what else I had yesterday -- I know I had some beef jerky, dinner was black-eyed pea soup, and there were a lot of candy cane Kisses involved. Regrette rien.0

Omg when I used to drink, it never failed. The next day I would have to go to my favorite Vietnamese spot and get an order of BBQ pork spring rolls and pho tai. Something about that always made my hangover go away.0 -
pita with turkey bacon and veggies..I did not make a holiday meal!0
-
Full on pig out calorific overload from Dominos. There I've said it!1
-
My memory us a little hazy but I think it involved jagermeister and a cookie brownie from Dominos.1
-
Omelette with swiss and a bunch of left over King Crab legs.0
-
Black coffee and an egg/bacon/hashbrown breakfast casserole.0
