    Happy New Year everyone. I haven't been logging food etc in a long while. I'm 31 and here to gain weight/muscle. So this year I want to make a point in staying on track :smile: I'm not upper 30s but at least over 30 :smiley: hope that counts.

    Hello everyone my name is Navil; I am trying to get back in shape again. I found out the hard way that getting in shape Is not as easy as it once was. I have a set goal and have the time and dictation to accomplish my objectives; one fight at the time one step at the time.

    Totally kicked my patooty in the gym today. Leg day & cardio. I was a bit nervous heading over to the free weights. Dunno why. But I got it done.

    I learned that I'm no good on a bike. I've tried upright, recumbent, and spin, and nothing suits. (I didn't like the bike back in my fit days, either.) I'm glad there are tons of other cardio options out there!
