Yup, I'm the same way...good all day and then at night I go crazy. Months ago I had a great streak going, and I am determined to get back to that. We're in this together.1 -

I forgot to post in the intro that, if you want to, you can keep track of how many days in a row you did not snack at night. I find it adds a little extra motivation for me, but do whatever keeps you motivated.1

Tonight was really hard. I tried a low cal jelly, but still felt really snacky. Held out for an hour and then had a mango, but did not have the biscuits in the cupboard. Still under my calorie goal, so I am counting it as a win.5 -
