    48 here and feel free to add me. I did really well on MFP in 2015, both before and after a total knee replacement, but got seriously sidetracked in 2016. I did receive a fitness tracker for Christmas, and I think it is a convenient reminder, if nothing else. And after the holidays settle out, I need to figure out how to get my Pilates routine going again. I did them for over a year before the surgery, and the core strength saved me during recovery.

    Happy New Year everyone. I haven't been logging food etc in a long while. I'm 31 and here to gain weight/muscle. So this year I want to make a point in staying on track :smile: I'm not upper 30s but at least over 30 :smiley: hope that counts.
