I did a 6000m row yesterday. My 500m split times have improved by 38 seconds since I started rowing just over a month ago, so I'm happy.0

Did trail maintenance yesterday. I'm fairly new to this trail and noticed the previous time that after a heavy rain I needed to walk on the bank in some washed-out sections and that these were overgrown.
Today was back day at the gym. Am thinking about practicing yoga tonight.0 -
New years day I beat my 10k PB (by 8 minutes!), so chuffed!0

I ran .89 miles which is the furthest this chubby old outta shape lady has run since middle school and I followed that up by body strength exercises.

5.77 mile run with under ten minutes per mile... longest run to date... was more than able to keep going but the group (that I ran with) was finished and I'm pacing myself as a new runner.0

Mine was Shoulder Focus day at the gym (local YMCA). I've been going about 6 months, two months ago the old online tracking program (Fitlinxx) went out of business. Bad news was the machines no longer track our range of motion or count reps for us. But I like Activetrax because you get a new workout every time.
This was the workout:
Wide grip pulldown 3 sets at 90 lbs
Seated lateral raise 3 sets at 40 lbs
Seated rear deltoid 3 sets at 45 lbs
Seated arm curl 2 sets at 55 lbs
Seated tricep extension 2 sets at 55 lbs
Seated leg extension 2 sets at 85 lbs then 1 set at 105 lbs
Wasn't very hard, many of those weights are light for me at 6'0 220 lbs. You should see some of the weights it has me lift... today I leg pressed well over 400 lbs. It takes a few workouts to get an idea of how much I can lift.
