Can gain weight and muscle or not bodypump class?

I would consider it more of a cardio class. You're going to gain strength, but the number of reps involved isn't going to allow you to lift heavy.0

It's a MUSCULAR ENDURANCE CLASS. A novice or beginner may build a little muscle on the onset, but it's not going to be that significant.
