I went dress shopping today for the first time in 2 years--since my daughter's wedding (pic on left). In the wedding photo I'm wearing a size 26 Women's. Today, on right, a size 14 Misses! I'm now the same size as I was in high school--35 years ago! I've lost 109 lbs with 15-20 still to go.

This is the best comparison photo I have (same clothes, same places). I'm 5'5" and 23 years old. This is my lowest weight since 7th grade. 145 was my original goal but I've moved it down to 135. I wasn't really sure what to aim for as I've never been a healthy weight in my adult life. And I swear, I know I look miserable in the second but I am happy. I have a 5 year old daughter who just drains me sometimes haha79 -

No diets, no surgery, no trainers, no drugs, no surrender... Ever!
Just 3yrs of hard, borderline insane, effort!
2yrs to lose about 180lbs and 1yr to gain about 20lbs, mostly lean mass.
Best of luck everyone,
Friend me if you'd like!
Jesse
What strikes me about this post, is the timelines. I always knew when I started it would probably be a three year stint.
Even today I think weight loss is such a mental mind game. Great work, brilliant achievement #YouRock19 -

Eep. Still have about 40 pounds to go (at least), but I've come so far. 320 to 220. Currently at 216.8, and am 5'11.
Absolutely amazing! You are my inspiration!! Any specific words of wisdom?
