Been on MFP for over 3 years - realized over the weekend several of my 'friends' deleted their accounts over the Holiday/New Year's. While I understand - this is a tough time - I'd love to have some friends that are committed (or need to be committed.....lol) to MFP/a healthy lifestyle - and plan on sticking around for awhile. I log/workout daily - and am music-motivated (alt-rock, rock lovers - UNITE)!

I don't log my food, only exercise. I don't see the point in deleting because of holidays, just don't log if you don't want to see it...3

I've been here for several years, and am planning on staying. I've found that my weight creeps up if I'm not logging. Logging my food is how I keep myself accountable. Congrats on sustained success everyone! :flowerforyou:4

I joined in 2013. Didn't get with it until 2015. Lost 95 lbs using MFP, and have been maintaining for almost a year now. I log my food and workouts every day. I don't post a lot, but I try to stay active among my friends. I'm always looking out for new friends with similarities.3
