    Not sure what happened yesterday. Had 5 great days, and then yesterday was a general 'eat all there is to eat' day. Constantly hungry, which led to lots of crackers and cheese and hummus and toasted english muffins and pasta. So I'm recording yesterday as 3,000 calories, chalking it up to a lost day filled with bad choices, and focusing on having a much better Sunday starting with a hopefully strong run.

    If you're like this, too, please add me. I don't post about my body fat %, or how many reps I did at the gym, or my splits per mile. I just want to share thoughts and ideas on getting back into shape and achieving some equilibrium in my life.

    I'm down for new friends. I just started becoming a more active member of the site, and I just recommitted to losing 65 lbs. I have tried before and failed, so it would be nice to have some people to help keep me on track.

    I would love to have more active friends on MFP. I was very active last year and fell off the bandwagon as all my other mfp friends left. I'd love some supportive friends in it to for the long haul to be a buddy. I'm 31 and have about 150 lbs to lose. My main goal this month is to work on my diet, which has been abysmal lately. Once I get that down I want to add in exercise. I'm going small steps this year so I don't get overwhelmed and frustrated.

    I'm looking for friends who set goals and compare notes. Add me if you're the same. Here are my goals for the week:
    1. Hit my calorie count for 5 of 7 days
    2. Lift 3x
    3. Run 4x
    4. Meditate 3x. Meditation is new for me. Going to start a few minutes at a time and see where it goes from there.
