    This week's successes: Tracked food everyday and went to yoga class twice
    This week's challenges: Plan meals and add 1 cardio workout (in addition to yoga).

    I started yoga last year and finally found a physical activity I really love and look forward to, so I'm glad I have kept at it. Now I would like to add cardio, hate the treadmill, my neighborhood is not great for walking, so I'm thinking about what else I could find that I could commit to on a regular basis.

    Look at you Jimb376mfp - you lost 150 lbs !!! That's awesome, at any age. That gives me a lot of encouragement since I'm starting my transformation at 59 years old!! Thank you for sharing!

    This week's successes: Complete a three day juice cleanse (so i saw a big drop on the scale, but I know it's almost all water. ha), been to the gym 5 days this week, hit all three fitness goals on my apple watch this week so far.
    This week's challenges: it's my birthday weekend! I want to enjoy it, but be reasonable instead of excessive.

    My current weight is 145 pounds.
    My goal by the end of the year is to be stabilized at 120 pounds as my max weight.
    I seem to lose slow, but once I'm in a good routine it starts to go faster, so hopefully I get the weight off and work at stabilization.
    I will check in every Saturday morning after this initial status update.
    I look forward to seeing success with everyone :)

    This week's challenges: can't fall asleep until early morning hours and boredom eat. I forgot how rough it is having a newborn lol
