Original starting weight - August 21st : 75kg -165lbs
January Starting weight - 63kg - 138.6lbs
January goal: 55kg - 127.6lbs
Ultimate goal: 50/52kg - 110/114.4lbs

8th : 59.8- 3.2kg -7.04lbs loss

Total loss for January : 3.2kg / 7.04lb Only .9kg to go to get back to pre-Xmas week weight.
Im hoping as I just put on 4.2kg / 9.24lb in last week of December (Damn Xmas bingeing) I will drop a fair bit in the first weeks of January, once I get back into routine, fingers crossed.4 -

I started working out and eating better Jan.2! I will do a combo of cardio, strength training, blogilates and will also try Blogilate's 28 day reset challenge challenge!

Loss of .8 lbs in 6 days. I'll take it! I didn't meet my calorie goal every day so I'll just have to do better this week and hopefully I'll lose a full pound or more.

Losing 21 lbs in January is pretty extreme and unlikely. Sorry, I don't mean to be a downer! But the majority of people lose about 2 lbs a week with a very determined exercise and diet regimen. You may lose a few more on top of that with water weight loss but you're looking at maybe 10-12 lbs tops. I just think you should make more attainable goals so you aren't disappointed!
Also, I don't know how tall you are but there aren't many people who could pull off 100lbs without being considered under weight.2 -

Thanks I went from 3 workout days to 5 at the gym plus aqua gym and the occasional walk with the baby so I really think it's because of that. I hope I get a woosh next week. Let's do this!2 -

I don't want to weigh in today because I have my period and I usually gain water weight right before and during my period but since this is my scheduled weigh in, I did anyways. I just maintained but hopefully, my weight will go down after my period. Be back in a week.4 -
