    Mad at myself. Why is this so hard? Everything else is a breeze. Water, working out, logging. This one thing is THE hardest thing for me. Its the subconscience sleepwalker is what I call it.     Trying to "survive" tonight also. Several excuses come to my mind (e.g. you deserve this, today is Sunday, etc), but I'm trying soooo hard to resist. LNS is my weakest link :s
