Can someone please help!
I need the calories, fat, fibre in 3 oz chicken breast. I would search the database but want to make sure it's accurate.

Accurate is relative. Every place you look, you could get a different answer. That's what makes it tough. I usually check a couple sites to get an average so I know what I'm entering is reasonable, if I don't have anything on actual product packaging. 3 oz should be around 140 calories. If it's boneless and skinless, minimal fat, like 3-5g.
