Hi, new to MFP, recommended to me by my PT to keep a food diary my main fitness love is running and mountain walking. I enjoy going to the gym too. Would love to do lots more but lack the time.

You can use a barcode from any products if they have it, to know exactly what informations they have about that food. So, you can maintain your food diary.1 -

I'm totally new to this as well! I've never kept track of my food before. Started a couple days ago and apparently I dont eat enough food. I'm not a gym kind of person. I was a ballet dancer until a knee injury ended my career. 3 surgeries since then. I've also overcome kidney cancer. Lost my left kidney but as of right now I'm almost 4 years cancer free. I actually go for my annual screening THIS Friday. Nervous.2
