Hello, I'm passion. I first started working out about a month ago and I was 113. Now I'm at 121. My question is, what do I need to do to gain weight while working out? Because the weight isn't showing.

Because that 8 lbs is distributed your entire body, increases in glycogen, and increase in waste in your GI. So probably all not fat, on places you wouldn't be able to tell.2
