Gaining weight while working out.

Hello, I'm passion. I first started working out about a month ago and I was 113. Now I'm at 121. My question is, what do I need to do to gain weight while working out? Because the weight isn't showing.

Are you wanting to gain? Sounds like you are doing the right thing. I'm confused.

Do you mean you're not physically seeing the extra weight on your body?

If I'm understanding you, you're saying that the scales say you've gained weight but you're not seeing it when you look in the mirror?

Lol yes, sorry if I confused anyone. I can see the numbers on the scale going up but why am I not seeing the weight when I look in the mirror?

Because that 8 lbs is distributed your entire body, increases in glycogen, and increase in waste in your GI. So probably all not fat, on places you wouldn't be able to tell.
