    Thanks for sharing your pics. I had a c-section a year ago with my baby and I am totally unhappy with how I was put back together. I have never had a flat belly but now it's almost turned into a shelf. Your pics encourage me that change is possible.

    Amazing! Ty for sharing! I needed to see those pics today. I needed to read your blog today. I need to re-dedicate myself to being healthy. I have been on a 3 day binge. The only person I'm hurting is myself. Thank you so much for the wake up call:) And congratulations! You look amazing!!!
