    Hi! Do your best to stick to appropriate calorie and macro goals, while working hard in your workouts. You'll do great if you develop consistency in these habits. :)

    I'm new too. I've been using this app to log my food and water in take. I've set myself some achievable challenges and most importantly - non-food/drink orientated rewards for when I achieve them.

    Good call! I've done the same and it really helps with the motivation, IMO.
