Hi...so I started with 100lbs to lose (gulp....I don't even like writing that)...I'm down 15.4 right now and feeling like I can actually do this for this first time in a long time!! My profile picture is me (at just a few lbs above my goal weight) 5 years ago. Add me!! The more the merrier!!3

I'm 46 and have 100+ to lose. I've been on MFP since March 2015. I've lost as much as 47 lbs (Nov 2016), but ended up gaining and only have been able to maintain a 10lb loss.
I'm ready to turn over a new leaf in my weight loss journey, with my husband and children changing their eating habits right along with me.

Hi, I started with over 100 to lose. Since October 23, 2016 I have lost 24.6 pounds. I am going to get to a healthy weight. I weigh in every Saturday, so I make myself accountable. Higher protein, think lots of fish, lots of vegetables, and really cut backs on Carbs that has been the toughest part of all. And get some exercise in 5 days a week. And it is a lifestyle change or it will not stick. None of can go back to the way we use to eat, or else the weight gremlins will be waiting. May you all have a victory this week no matter how small it is a step in the right direction. Less of us. Reen0
