The results you get tomorrow aren't a direct reflection of what you did today. In addition, CICO relates to fat loss, which is not always apparent by looking only at weight loss. Also, I don't know your posting history (sounds like you ask this stuff a lot?) but this could also be an issue:

At 17000ish you probably should have lost some fat and probably did (I also note that another poster points out that you apparently overestimate). 4.5 isn't fat, it's water fluctuations, and also weight loss isn't linear.

Where are you in your menstrual cycle? A big whoosh post-period is not uncommon.

You can learn about whooshes here: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/of-whooshes-and-squishy-fat.html/

Small sample size theatre we're watching. Similar to a cold front coming through town and thinking it's proof that global warming isn't happening. A cold front doesn't prove anything one way or another, neither does one week.

Um. Probably because your maintenance is more than 1700 calories. Maybe because you've been in a deficit previously and because weight loss is not liner, you lost the weight this week. Maybe because of water weight.
