    Dates! I've been eating them after every meal! Filled with fiber and also very sweet and natural.

    Also dates with a blob of cream cheese (caloric) or ricotta cheese (less caloric), and perhaps an almond or a bit of unsweetened coconut. Add natural orange extract to the cheese for extra yum.

    Probably harder to get good oranges up in Canada. I grew up with them growing in my backyard.

    A good way of picking a good orange is to sniff the navel. You can pick up on the quality there.

    ... Now I totally need to freeze orange segments! Fantastic idea!

    I like a peice of fruit (a plum or something sweet and sour) with a little peanut butter.

    Sweet, sour, salt, fat, all in one.

    Some 85% or over dark chocolate or dates are good (just like one or two pieces usually though)

    A piece of really good chocolate is my usual go to.

    Currently: a sliced persimmon. They're in season right now and soooooo yummy.

    In summer: what ever fruit is ripe in my parents' garden. :smile:

    My go-to is an apple, or grapes. I'm more of a salty eater. My fiancé used to mix Jell-O and vanilla greek yogurt. I'm not crazy about it, but he loved it, because it is so low calorie, so he could eat a generous amount if he wanted.

    Frozen wild blueberries with cream - its like deconstructed ice cream!
    Sliced fruit with a little honey or raw sugar
    Bittersweet chocolate - but not after 4pm
    Fruit salad - nothing else added
